Darn, Google's definitely getting worse.
It doesn't quite keep up to date with pages any more,
and I think that the crawling's slowed down to a crawl, pun intended.
For the first half of the decade, it pretty much owned the Internet.
Alas, no longer. What the hell's happened? Cut funding?
Even the caches - most extremely useful quick save-states of the dynamic Internet -
are undergoing some sort of miserable atrophy, as the once-lavish contents are disappearing.
Frightening is the idea that we might face again the days before Google.
